This building comprises of the original farm house (dating back to the Doomsday book), a large Victorian extension and a flat roofed 1980s extension. The client wanted to form a pitched roof over the flat roof and tie it in with the rest of the property, creating two rooms with vaulted ceilings. The work in the roof was interesting as the buildings were quite out of square but the end result hides this very well. Inside, we formed a new hallway with wood panelling and a sun tunnel which does its job incredibly, a beautiful wetroom/bathroom and a nursery fit for the clients new-born daughter.
